Educational Objectives:
The main objectives of this workshop are the following:
1. To give the recent updates on the different diagnostic modalities for esophageal diseases.
2. To give the recent update in the treatment modalities for GERD, Achalasia, Esophageal motility disorders, and Barret’s esophagus.
3. To share the experts experience in the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer.
4. To highlight the role of adjuvant / neo-adjuvant treatment of esophageal cancer.

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre recognizes the negative implications of smoking. Therefore, our policy is “NO SMOKING” in the Auditorium, Exhibition and Registration areas, Dinning hall and Restrooms.

A large Exhibition area has been assigned for the sponsoring and participating commercial companies to exhibit their products that is relevant to endovascular.
A mosque is located at the main Entrance to the Hospital near the fountain. A Mosallah for men is located along the main Hospital corridor. Meeting Room #3 has been designated ladies Prayer Area.
Comfort/Rest Rooms: Ladies Room has been arranged adjacent to Meeting Room #3. Postgraduate Centre Men’s Room is located at the left side of MCO hallway.
Coffee/Tea Breaks/Lunch can be found in the Postgraduate Exhibition Hall.
Telephones are located besides the main auditorium and registration desk. For local calls, dial to access an outside line. For long distance calls: Inquire at the reception desk.
Mobile phones and pagers are not allowed during the lecture sessions. Please turn them off.
Certificates of Attendance will be available at the end of the workshop upon presenting the evaluation form.
